By accessing or using DDW Studio ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

DDW Studio builds and delivers agentic AI systems, custom ERP, AI automation, and custom software for US and Italian businesses. Products include LYRA, Fleet-OS, HR-OS, and Sviluppiamo.dev. Features and pricing are subject to change with notice.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Reverse engineer or copy our AI models or software

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Digital Dream Works LLC and are protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you input into the Platform.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy at ddwstudio.com/privacy. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Dream Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
